Well, we have been in Korea for four days now. We are in Seoul for orientation and we are learning lots. We are spending most or our time in orientations, but have been able to get out a bit and see some of the sights. We are learning a little bit about shopping for food here, but it's really hard when you can't read the labels. Thankfully, there is tofu to be had, and once we begin cooking for ourselves, we will be eating lots.
They are feeding us three meals a day, and they are good meals! This will be a challenge when we are out on our own. But we will make it.
We won't know which school we will be assigned to until the last day of orientation. That will be September 1. Then we will go to our location on September 2, and begin teaching on September 3. Pretty crazy!
I am sure there is much more I could tell, but it is late at night and I need to get to bed. I will keep you all posted though! :)

So glad to know you made it safely! Are they keeping the kids busy for you while you are in orientation? They know how to keep you in suspense - we are almost as anxious as you are to know where you will end up.

Actually, there really weren't any arrangements made to keep the kids busy. They have been coloring and playing and having a tough time at times, in the back of the room where we are doing our training. But thankfully, the people around us all seem to love the kids and everyone takes turns entertaining them and conversing with them. They have many new friends. :)
